Yesterday Jared signed the lease for our new apartment. Once I have the place cleaned up I will post some pictures. It is really nice. We lugged all 10 of our bags from the old place to the new one and our other stuff that was shipped here was also delivered today. So getting the place all fixed up will keep me busy for the next few days.
Last night we ate at a steakhouse Evita's and it was great. Reasonable prices, good food, good atmosphere and English on the menus!
Jared and I also registered at the town hall. We should get our residence cards soon and then we will officially be residents of the Netherlands!
Tonight for dinner we met up with a new friend that Jared made at work, Kevin. We went to a Thai restaurant and our food was delicious!!! Kevin was also great company. Very nice guy only a few years older than us snd He's a contractor at sabic and works close to Jared often.
